No service!!!

Cant complain about service from tshwane municipality because there is NO SERVICE!!! My circuit breaker was ****** 2 days ago i have called them every hour since then.. I even got a new ref number the technicians have been assigned but no one fixes the problem... Pathetic service.. But you have to pay your account on time
