NO SERVICE!!!!!

On Tuesday the 7th of July 2015 our block of flats experienced a power failure. Matter was reported tot he Call Centre and was given Ref:199/7.... Three Technicians came and left without restoring the power. We were told that the \Yellow Phase"in the meter has no power.<br> <br> Since then we have not received any constructive feedback. All the Call centre is saying is that the call is in \""progress\""- I don't know what that means!!!!<br> <br> We now have to endure THIRD straight night without electricity "
