No response on various requests - no waste bin after 1 year

<p>I visited the City of Tshwane office in Centurion after I bought my new house to apply for a waste bin. I completed the required form and handed it in early January 2016 and the enquiry counter. </p> <p>I phoned in February 2016 without any success. No trace was found for my application of January 2016.</p> <p>I completed a new form and submitted it electronically on 10 February 2016. I followed up this email on 21 July 2016 and later on 18 August 2016 and again on 20 September 2016. I phoned again without any response. </p> <p>I completed a complaint on E-Tshwane on 2 November 2016 still without any reply. </p> <p>I bought my new house and when I moved in the waste bin was so broken and in a bad state that once just can't use it at all.</p> <p>I have no idea how to obtain a waste bin if the City of Tshwane is not responding. I was told that if I buy a private bin that it won't be cleared by the City of Tshwane. </p> <p>I have given up on this!</p>
