NO RESPONSE ON COMPLAINST LINE - NO ACTIONS

We have had a massive water issue on our account for the last 7 months and whatever avenue we follow nothing gets done!<br> <br> I have now sent three complaints to the complains email and still no one even contacted me!!! <br> <br> Everything about your systems, procedures, promises are pathetic!
