No response

On the 18 August 2017 I reported that my meter is leaking ( ref no: 857727) and I was told that they will send plumbers to check. Until now no one has come to fix it and it is worst Now, the water is all over the place, I don't receive alot allot of water from the taps as it's wasted outside, my municipal bill is high. Followed up with them on numerous occasions and went to their offices on 16 Sept and no one came. What must one do in order to get assistance from this office????
