No resolution after 3 years

I understand why the City of Tshwane's rating is 1,5. For the past three years I have been requesting the removal of a very large tree on the pavement in Centurion which poses a dangerous property and life threat. Although the parks department promises to do something about it and despite numerous requests, it simply does not happen.
