NO POWER SUPPLY TO HOUSE - NO ACTION

I received a message at 11h00 this morning to say that the power was out at my house. I arrived home at 16h45 - still no power. I checked with all neighbours - they all have power. I called an electrician, he tested and said that there was no power to our property. I have logged a call with City of Tshwane, the call centre staff are very helpful, but have no mandate or info. No one can tell me what the problem is or when it will be addressed. When I called now, 4 hours and 15 minutes after my first call, it hasnt been assigned yet and all anyone can tell me is that it will take 8 - 10 hours. What am i to do? i am a rate paying, electricity paying citizen, and I can not get any power or help!
