No Power for 5 days and phone put down in my ear

We have not had proper power for the past 5 days, I have a daughter of 19 months old and cant give her warm bottles, cant bath, cant make food, we logged a call on Saturday morning (31/10) when our power went out and needless to say I had to phone them about 20 times until someone eventually decided to come out on Monday, so after 5 minutes of work he turned our power on and a couple of hours it went off again, logged another call Tuesday morning and they came out when I was at work again and after another 5 minutes of work he left and the power went out 10 minutes later. After escalating this the whole night, I wake up today and that call says it is completed but still no power. Been trying to phone them the whole day and I just get the phone put down in my ear. This absolutely and positively should not be the best city to live in. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Every call I make gets put down in my ear.
