No power for 19 hours!!!

I am writing this on behalf of Mr RP Botha. They left early this morning on holiday, and do not have access to the internet while on holiday. I am looking after their property while they are away.<br> <br> The power to their house went off at 14h00 on 20 February. They are one of five houses with no power, so it is a localized problem. They reported it to *** and received a reference number 273. It is now 19 hours later, and the power has still not been restored.<br> <br> Will the City of Tswhane accept responsibility for the two fridges full of meat that are currently going off? It also creates a security issue if the power is not restored.<br> <br> PLEASE restore the power! 19 hours without power is really bordering on ridiculous!
