No electrify. Ref no : 206-7

<p>We have been without electrity since yesterday. We contacted city of Tshwane earlier and they provided us with a reference number and said that they would have the electicity sorted within 10 hours. No one has been to the house. It's been over 10hours. We have tried contacting the helpline we were provided with but have been placed on hold for the past hour. We experienced the same problem in May when no one showed up to come fix our meter box. This is so frustrating especially because I have a 1 year old child. </p>
