NO ELECTRICITY IN GARSFONTEIN

We have been without electricity for 3 days. A job nr have been assigned to us and yet there is no indication on when it will be resolved. When I stayed in Cape Town there was 2 power failures and the longest one of the 2 took 2 hours to resolve. This is very frustrating. It would help to at least get updated with some progress when we phone instead of being told that they are escalating the problem, which they clearly aren't.
