No electricity for 2x days

I had a power failure on Thursdays morning, called City of Tshwane and was giver reference number: 598/4, up to now, regardless follow up calls that I have been making I still do not have electricity and no assistance or information you get from the call centre.<br> <br> with all the monies we are paying to the municipality and this is the service we get.....PLEASE City of Tshwane
