Ref 127/11 Being a tax paying citizen and paying our dues at the municipality is clearly a waste of time. This type of service delivery for a simple prepaid machine and lack of accountability by smart metering is the reason ANC might not win in Gauteng. Hold every stakeholder accountable! My mom who is loyal to the ANC will probably not vote for the party now. Great Job :)
