No dustbin now what???

On Monday, 29 February 2016, the black dustbins were emptied in our streets. When I went outside to collect mine, it was GONE. The neighbour across my house said he saw the waste removal truck leaving with it on the truck for what reason, I just don't know. I now do not have a dustbin anymore!!! Should I dump my ******* in the street. Have tried calling them only to waste all my airtime as they never answer or they just pick up and put the phone straight down.what disgusting service. I need a dustbin but who will pay for it as it was taken by the truck. My municipal account number is ***, portion ***, BP***. Should my address be need you can contact me. Urgent attention needs to be given to my complaint or else I will have no choice but to dump my ******* in the street as I am paying for waste removal!!!!! I have even sent an email to *** but no response!!!
