No Consistency at City of Tshwane Municipality

i logged a call with CIty of tshwane to repair my meter box last night, the call center agent told me they will come assist in the morning, in the morning i made follow up i was told the call was transferred to the meter department they will come in the afternoon. afternoon i call to make a follow the agent told me turn around time is 24 hours the technicians will only attend to my call the next day. we are seating in the dark with a fridge full of food that will go to waste.
