No Bills for 4 months

I have not been receiving my bills/statements since Dec2015 and I am told it is because there is a new meter reading installed. This is news to me!!! I have been calling and calling to find out when is the bill problem going to be sorted out and they do not have an answer.If you are in my shoes what can you do?<br> I have spoken to Happy Mosima(ref ***),Thapelo Masakane(ref ***) and today I spoke to Mmasechaba
