New credit control - if you have ANY amount outstanding then City of Tswhane will require full payment before issuing 1 unit off electricity.

Account paid in full but pmt not yet processed by City of Tswhane

Customer care line not answering because of “very high volume of calls”

Sounds like they employs Standard Bank managers - not able to handle customer calls at “Customer Care” number
