Negligence and Poor Service

I have now had 02 different reference numbers for the same case without any reply, why is this taking so long, surely the mistake lies on your side, all I want is an updated and corrected statement, if you dispute my reading and my photographic evidence send an expert reader to come and evaluate the meter reading.
