Negligence

On the 21/11/2017 we went to the mabopane manucipality to report the water leakage and were given a ref no. C302632 and assured that they will send maintainance team to come fix it but there was a no show and on the 16th /12/2017 again we went but was given the same story of maintainance team coming to check the pipe What is really annoying about all this is the fact that when the bill comes then we have to pay for the water leakage that was reported and nothing done about it
