Municipality poor service

I had requested a tree growing over my fence to be cut. On Thursday the 6th February they came to cut the tree but did not complete and also they left all the branches just like that in front of my yard which looks so ugly. I called the municipality again today the 7th February to raise this issue but nothing has been done about it. The branches is still all on my front yard and the job still not completely done. What type of professionalism is this. It looks awful.
