Municipality - ESTIMATION of Meter Reading INCORRECT! AND NO FEEDBACK From Customer Service!!!!!!!!

Do I even need to say this!!!! Monthly meter reading are ESTIMATED!!!! EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!! And it is much much more than what is actually used. For an elderly person - I get a bill of R4000. It is ridiculous!!!! When you query this - they DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GET BACK TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!! It really is pathetic!!!!!
