Municipal theft from citizens.

If I could wright a minus 50 stars I would opt for the the minus 1000. I bought R800 worth of power and received a token for R340 worth of electricity. Then trying to phone is useless cause there is no municipal offices at KFC for them to answer. After eating all my minutes, for an hour, I got cut off. Now what now.
