Miscellaneous charges - service statement

These guys add miscellaneous charges on customer statements and claim it is a mistake. If it is a mistake why not remove it from everyone's statements? Because they know some people don't check their statements and then they send letter of demand. As if we are not dealing with tax already we still have to deal with municipal offices *****ing from tax payers. I'm tired of these ******* offices of gevernment (Soshanguve Block VV Extension 5)
