Miscellaneous Charges

I want to know why is there miscellaneous charges again on my account ?

I paid these charges on my Nov 2020 account of R520.30

My water usage is constant as per meter readings that I do sent in

Nov 35 Dec 31 Jan 32 Feb 29 March 31

Why the hell do I have to payR867.10 miscellaneous charges again ? Please explain to me how did you get to this amount and what is this for ????????? Why must I pay this ridiculous amounts every 3 months ????????

This month it almost R900.00 ?
