Minus 10 for customer service

If I could give them a negative rating I would, such horrible service. Been over 24 hours with no power, call logged immediately when it happened, had to escalate the issue again myself in the morning, and now another 5 hours later no one at that stupid place knows what’s going on. I didn’t get any updates on the issue, I even had to go to their offices myself to find out what’s going on
