Meter leakage

<p>The electricity bill has been managable looking at how many people stay in the house the max we would pay was R2500 and that was being done, I went to get the mail one Saturday and was in shock.... We were in arrears this was in November we were R6000 behind mind you I was still paying the R2000 per month someone told me that the noise from the meter might be a leakage we checked and indeed it was I called and reported this and it still hasn't been fixed what we are getting now is final demand letters late December I paid R3300 as that would prevent our electricity from being disconnected I received another one yesterday I've called the call center a number of times I even went to the offices but till today. Please help me.</p>
