Maintain not paid in time by court

Hi, can I please get help with Soshanguve Magistrate Court Maintaince pay-out Department. Every month I struggle to get pay out maintaince of my kid. The money is on Garnish, the father of my kid pay the money on 15th of every month through the court, I suppose to receive the money lately on the 20th of every month, but I don't. I get the money every second month, meaning its a month late. This month its worse I didn't get money for the whole month of October and now its another month of November I don't know when will I get may be next year. My kid cant go to school cause I cant pay transport money because of this delay. I phoned more than 10 times last week on the 10.11.2015 spoke to Thea, she told that I am in batch 24 I don't know what it means, what I need is my money.<br> <br> Someone is not doing his/her job in that office. Can I please get help urgent.<br> <br> Thank you
