LOW PRESSURE AFTER MAINTENANCE OF NEIGHBOOR METER

Water pressure is very low after they fixed my neighbors meter. The filter must be blocked on my meter as the water pressure is too low to even run my sprinklers. PLEASE CONTACT ME ON *** so that you can arrange someone to come and fix it. I have waited months now after I first logged a ticket for this and is not resolved yet. I am unable to water my garden.

The first time I logged this issue was on the day my neighbors fixed their meter which is located right next to mine on this date 2020-08-31.

They have closed the initial ticket without fixing anything.
