Logging a meter reading

Every month I phone in my meter reading and email my meter reading, but yet every month I get a demand letter stating that they cannot get access o my property to obtain a meter reading and will cut off my electricity.<br> I have been to the Akasia branch and the branch in Van Der Hoff Road and submitted meter readings there as well, but due to *********** staff, they have not corrected my meter reading.
