Lies and deceit and useless call center agents

I live on the corner of Porsche and Piet Hugo street in centurion. I've tried every possible avenue for almost 1 and a half years now to have the street lights replaced on this corner. I've called the call Centre and with every govt agency it takes an eternity to speak to someone. And after you speak to someone they transfer you someone else who is just as clueless. It's simple for crying out loud...!!! Replace the street lights, they not working. I've also sent them tons of emails and the one and only response i got was \according to our records the light has been replaced". This was NEVER EVER REPLACED SO STOP LYING!!!!! I followed up on this email and got ignored. Please find competent people who can do their jobs properly. We paying rates and taxes for crying out loud! I'm fed up with this non delivery!"""
