Leaking Water Meter Pipe not Fixed or Responded to a week later

I have sent an email to the City of Tshwane Municipality to inform them of a leaking water meter pipe outside of my property on the 4th of August 2025. It's been a week later and someone is yet to come and fix it or contact me regarding this matter. The leak is only getting worse by the day.

If it weren't against the law I would fix the leaking pipe myself. The City of Tshwane Municipality truly does not care about their residents and think that if they ignore a problem it will just go away by itself.
