Leaking Water Meter Box not being attended to

I have had a water meter box leaking for three weeks now since the 14th of July 2022 and I have had no water since. I have reported the issue with City of Tshwane and they gave me a reference number: ***. My issue gets escalated every single day I follow up. This is exhausting and very poor and disappointing service.
