leaking meter

I have reported that my meter is leaking on Friday the 26th June 2015 just before 12:00, midday, until today the 2nd June it is still no fixed. I was given a reference number of 669222 and I also sent emails and I don't even want to mention the call centre that is answered after your airtime is exhausted.<br> The water is leaking to the neighbours yard, street and is all over.<br> I wonder who is going to.pay for that water. Other areas needs the water and its really sad to see how light our municipality is taking this matter so light.<br> <br> Please come and fix my water meter, or else I'm.going to take this matter to the premier.
