La m of service at the Municipality offices

Can we be treated like human beings please. We spend the whole day on the queue to just have your Municipality corrected after the Municipality itself mixed up the account. This is inhumane and nobody is held accountable for all this unprofessional conduct by the Municipality workers. Bathopele principles are just on paper. I am just so disgusted
