Just when you think the bus will pitch...

<p>So I finally buy the new bus card in order to start using the bus as is encouraged by City of Tshwane. But no, the bus doesn't even pitch. Then when I call the customer service line, the agent tells me she doesn't know if the bus is coming. How very helpful is that!! Am I missing something here...</p>
