It's no longer poor, it's outrageous

When it's time to harras and disconnect your services, technicians are available, but when you have a problem with their service, technicians are nowhere to be found. Day 3 since I lodged a complaint yet they keep on saying 4-6hours to resolve your problem, I can't even keep count, 3 days and I still don't have service.
