Irreguler bus times

Good Day, <br> I am a citizen of Pretoria -North. I reply on our public transport services to get to work and back, and this is my only form of transportation. <br> The services is there, they must live up to it and make people happy to rely on these services, why else they there!!<br> My complaint, is the buses are ALWAYS late, morning up until afternoon. I catch 4 busses a day, and I reply all to be punctual and available. I'm suppose to catch a 07:15 bus in CBD, it arrives at 07:30, not acceptable. Afternoon, I'm suppose to catch a 17:15 bus, sometimes comes, and mostly doesn't arrive and the next bus arrives at 17:30-17:45, not acceptable. Last bus leaves CBD at 18:10, so bus drivers must accommodate to time, buses don't wait. The other complaint is when a driver is sick or in a accident, there isn't a alternative or standby driver to accommodate the usual driver, so we don't get home and must make other plans home. I was home at 7 last night as the usual bus did not arrive to collect and the only willing driver came at 7 after his routs. Its Dark and scary and unsafe to wait in town!! We want to be confident to use public transport services.
