We are in need of your intervention and/or assistance with our electricity bills as we don't get any help from Tshwane offices. It has been 3 months without electricity but we are charged electricity which we don't have at all. We lodged complaints about high electricity estimations, requested inspections on our electricity meter with no help. We made arrangements which we ended up defaulting due to high estimated monthly bills and we were advised that estimations are seasonal, this is really not fair because we don't use electronic appliances such as stove, kettle, etc. The appliances that are on electricity and frequently used is/are Fridge, Microwave (preodical), Geyser (preodical).
