Incorrectly charged

<p>We are currently being charged for 8 dustbins... we dont have 8 dustbins. I understand there is a system behind everything and my little problem of being charged 8 dustbins mght seem small compared to others, but in this day and age, i dont want to pay for something i dont have..</p> <p>But how hard is it to either change the system to reflect only what i have and therefore be charged accordingly, or give me the other 4 dustbins that you are charging me for..</p> <p>Please ive aksed nicely via telephone, via email, even they guy who reads our meters.. but NOBODY WANTS TO HELP ME... . Look forward to a response.</p>
