Incorrect tampering fee

Please assist in removing a tampering fee from my father in law's account. He lives in Canada, and is only here for roughly one month a year. I have proof from your technicians that there was no tampering, yet after numerous visits to your offices, I still have no resolution. Please contact me urgently in regards to removing this fee from his account. This has dragged on for more that a month now, and it seems like when you are wrong you simply ignore people.
