Incorrect reading costing me R35,000.00 in 3 months in stead of R1500.00.

My meter reading was taken in September incorrectly. It translated into a bill of R11K instead of the normal R300-400 a month. I immediately raised a query on the 8Nov24. Since then the only contact/reply I had with Tshwane was from credit control and the guy that cut my water supply. Since they estimate most months I am now close to owning them R50K when in actual fact I am in the green since I have paid according to what it would have been. The website form also deletes your description as soon as you choose a department which doesn't help.
