Incorrect meter reading results in high account

<p>Dec 2014 the municipality removed our meter with a reading of 47704, but billed me for a meter reading of 97288 resulting in a bill of R77 991.61 (not taking interest since then in account). The gave me a credit of R34 674.35 and informed me that since the meter was according to them incorrect since 2013 they are estimating my usage for the period. Nobody in Tshwane Municipality can assist you, but to look into the case they all want money even though they work there.</p>
