Incorrect billing on water ***

My home 7296/6 ext 4, Soshanguve East was registered in my name eff 17 December 2014. at the end of December 2014 received sms notification that i owe R643.00. I paid end of January 2015, then mid February received sms notifying I owe R973. It raised an alarm and i went to the City of Tshwane municipality to query it, at counter no. 7 and advised then to put the dispute on an affidavit, which i did and handed it to the consultant at counter no. 7 same day. I submitted my certificate of occupancy on 31st March 2015, i was then advised on the second floor that my account was adjusted to R231.71 and they confirmed that i must make payment which i believe was the exact and only amounts owing on my account. On 7th April 2015 i received another sms notification stipulating an amount of R883 still owing on my account. this is where i approached the office to find out that the affidavit attended to. Then i contacted Joe(Fitzgerald) Moloto- CS Manager, who will look into the matter as per email comm between him and myself. To date nothing has been done, but yet received another sms on 19/5/2015 of R1020. I cannot owe so much on water as its just me and my daughter using water at home.
