<p> I called more than 8 people at the municipality to explain the charges on my electricity bill none of them know what they are yet they cannot be reversed, Thandi, Adolphina, Marisa, Clifton, Simon, Banyana, Nothemba, Mmakwena.</p> <p> </p> <p>how on earth can i be charged R3 382.95 reconnection fee? and for disconnection that i did not even get a warning of. This people are so useless and they don't know what they are doing</p>
