Inappropriate deceit

Whilst i note your comments and appreciate your feedback.

Kindly note i approached the council as the meter ********** 843, when changed by the council, to the new plastic meters was not installed properly as is evident via emails with recorded conversations.

After approaching the council we were elightened to repair the leakage and provide the costing from our plumbers as attached we have comp**** with Tshwanes request.

Council refused to test or repair the piping on the meter installed.

Please remedy above and provide appropriate information as Tshwane changed meter. The problem occured when Tshwane changed the meter the pipes beneath the meter was leaking at time when Tshwane contractors placed a replacement meter.
