In the dark

<p>I've been coming home to a dark area for 3 days now. Lights were switched off in Soshanguve Ex12 Friday the 25th of November until to date. I have called the call centre and the lady told me that they are not aware of any power problems and that her system is offline and also that she just started her shift. I was told to call on Monday. Now maybe I'm crazy but how can this not have been known for 3 days!!!!!! Why do we buy electricity if we are going to stay in the dark. Poor and worst service. Kids are bathing in cold water unless their parents make a bond fire! Staying in a location/kasi doesn't mean you dont deserve electricity!!!</p>
