******* re-connection without owners consent

For anyone who does business with Zachariah at Tshwane

I own a property at xx estate and have requested for the power and utilities bill to be disconnected on 29 April 2019 at 16h00 whilst it was in arrears by an ******* occupier. I have been told by City of Tshwane Municipality in Centurion that they will not bother to disconnect. Even thou it clearly states on the form that the owner of the property has the right to disconnect the power by request and put it back on through the OWNER! Which means there is a conflict of interest.

City of Tshwane Municipality of Centurion agrees to the following by not replying to this message that they will take full responsibility for their negligent actions.

I would like to ask all the community members of Centurion who has similar issue to lay a formal charge and complaint everywhere we can until someone at tshwane actually does the work with competence and not incompetence
