<p>City of Tshwane wrongfully billed us R17900 to our rent wrongly and refused to correct it ,they made allegations that we have bridged and they never could prove it because they were at the wrong house,when they saw they made mistake the forces the whole thing to us... this has been going on for 7months...no accountability in this municipal and government. </p>
