ill treatment

On Monday the 6th I reported a faulty electricity meter box which had resulted in my family having no electricity. I was given this reference number 73/6 n told a technician will be sent. Today is the 3rd without any electricity or a n u help. After sitting on hold for an hour,I'm told to just keep waiting
