I was put on itc for an account i didn't create

I was put on itc for an account of 2.6 million rand, that did not belong to me. The municipality did do a whole investigation and closed the account but they left me hanging in the air with my financial name in ruin. Two months later and I'm still on itc. After numerous dead end calls, emails that don't get rep**** to I'm fed up.
